原理:单因素方差分析(One-way ANOVA)把数据的总波动拆成组间波动(各组均值相对总均值的偏离)与组内波动(组内残差),构造 F 统计量 = 组间均方 / 组内均方。原假设是「所有组的总体均值相等」;F 越大说明组间差异相对噪声越突出。它一次比较三组以上,避免了多次两两 t 检验造成的第一类错误膨胀。
步骤:① 按组输入数据,组间用分号分隔;② 点击计算;③ 读出 F、p 与效应量,p 小于显著性水平时说明至少有一组均值不同。
示例:三组 (2, 3, 5)、(4, 4, 7)、(8, 9, 10) 时 SSB = 50.888888888889、SSW = 12.666666666667、F = 12.052631578947、df = (2, 6)、p = 0.007916376987、η² = 0.800699300699,组间差异显著;两组 (5, 6, 7) 与 (5.5, 6.5, 7.5) 时 F = 0.375、p = 0.573392253825。
注意事项:ANOVA 假设各组独立、组内方差齐(可先用 Levene 检验核查)、残差近似正态;p 值显著只说明「至少两组不同」,具体哪两组需要做事后多重比较;η² 是描述性效应量,样本越大越容易偏大,ω² 做了无偏修正;各组样本量不等时方法仍有效(称为非平衡设计)。
