原理:自相关系数 r(k) 度量序列与其自身滞后 k 期版本的线性相关程度,r(k) = Σ(xₜ−x̄)(xₜ₋ₖ−x̄) / Σ(xₜ−x̄)²。它按分母 n 计算的有偏估计保证序列正定,是识别 ARMA 模型的核心工具:拖尾的 ACF 配合截尾的 PACF 指向 AR 模型,反之指向 MA 模型。
步骤:① 按时间顺序输入序列;② 设定最大滞后 K(一般不超过 n/4);③ 点击计算,对比每个 r(k) 与置信带 ±1.96/√n,超出者认为该滞后的自相关显著不为零。
示例:x = (12, 14, 13, 17, 19, 18, 21, 24, 22, 26) 时 r(1) = 0.59500998004、c₀ = 20.04、置信带 = ±0.619806421393;r(1) 未超出置信带,但整列 r(k) 都为正且缓慢衰减,提示序列含趋势成分,应先差分再建模。
注意事项:有偏估计(分母 n)是保证 ACF 序列正定的标准口径;趋势序列的 ACF 衰减极慢,先做差分再看 ACF;置信带是逐点 95% 近似,同时看 K 个滞后时需警惕多重比较;K 不宜超过 n/4,否则估计不稳定。
