原理:Brier 评分 = (1/n)·Σ(p_i − o_i)²,把每次预测的概率 p 与结果 o(1 发生 / 0 未发生)的差取平方后求平均。它是「概率预报」的标准评分——既惩罚不自信的正确(p = 0.5 却对了),也重罚自信的错误(p = 0.9 却错了)。
步骤:① 输入预测概率与对应结果;② 点击计算;③ 读出平均评分与最差单项。
示例:预测 (0.9, 0.8, 0.4, 0.3) 对结果 (1, 1, 0, 0) 时 Brier = 0.075、最差单项 = 0.16;预测 (0.6, 0.5) 对结果 (1, 0) 时 Brier = 0.205;全部完美预测(p 与 o 一致)时评分 = 0。
注意事项:评分范围 0(完美)到 1(全错),预测恒 0.5 时得 0.25 作为「无信息基线」;本工具处理二值事件流;多项分类的 Brier 评分按「各类概率向量与 one-hot 的平方差之和」平均,口径不同;它是严格 proper 评分规则——说真话的期望得分最优,无法靠夸大置信度占便宜。
