原理:互相关函数 r(k) 度量 x 领先 y k 期时的对齐相关,正 k 表示 x 领先(x 的第 t+k 个观测对上 y 的第 t 个)。本工具按重叠段归一化,两个完全同步(或完全反相)的序列在对应滞后处精确取 ±1,便于直接比较不同滞后的强弱。
步骤:① 输入两列等长时间序列;② 设定最大滞后 K;③ 点击计算;④ 找到 |r| 最大的滞后,即两序列的主导领先/滞后关系。
示例:x = (0, 1, 0, −1, 0, 1, 0, −1)、y = (−1, 0, 1, 0, −1, 0, 1, 0) 时 r(−3) = -1、r(−1) = 1、r(0) = 0、r(1) = -1、r(3) = 1,|r| 最大的滞后为 -3——x 落后 y 3 期(或等价地 y 领先 x 3 期)时完全同相。
注意事项:滞后接近 ±K 时重叠段很短,估计方差大,解释需谨慎;两序列都含共同趋势时 r(k) 整体偏高,宜先差分再互相关;重叠段归一化的取值不能与完整样本相关系数直接混比;因果解释需领域证据,相关领先关系不等于因果关系。
