原理:Friedman 检验是配对场景的方差分析:b 个区组(如 b 名受试者)各对 k 个处理打分,在每个区组内部把 k 个处理排秩,再用各处理秩和构造 χ² 统计量。它检验「k 个处理的总体分布一致」这一原假设,不要求数据正态,只要求区组内可比。
步骤:① 按行输入数据,一行代表一个区组在 k 个处理下的取值;② 点击计算;③ 读出 χ²、p 与各处理平均秩,p 小于显著性水平时至少一个处理不同。
示例:4 个区组、3 个处理,数据 (4, 5, 6)、(6, 7, 4)、(3, 8, 9)、(5, 6, 7) 时 χ² = 3.5、df = 2、p = 0.17377394345,处理 1/2/3 的平均秩分别为 1.25、2.25、2.5。
注意事项:每行是一个完整区组(同一对象经历所有处理),行内数据才可比;并列值取平均秩并用 t³−t 校正;p 值显著只说明处理间有差异,两两比较常用 Bonferroni 校正的符号检验或 Nemenyi 事后检验;与 Kruskal-Wallis 的区别在于——Friedman 用于区组(配对)设计,Kruskal-Wallis 用于独立组设计。
