原理:Ljung-Box 检验把前 K 个自相关系数联合起来一次性检验「序列是白噪声」的原假设:Q = n(n+2)·Σr²(k)/(n−k),在原假设下近似服从 χ²(K)。Q 大意味着多个滞后的自相关共同偏大,序列具有可利用的记忆结构。
步骤:① 输入序列或模型残差;② 设定 K(常用 10 或 n/5,取小者);③ 点击计算;④ p 小于 0.05 拒绝白噪声——对原始序列说明可建模,对残差说明模型没提取干净。
示例:x = (5, 7, 6, 8, 7, 9, 8, 10, 9, 11)、K = 5 时 Q = 8.565079365079、df = 5;p 大于 0.05 不能拒绝白噪声——该序列的上升趋势主要由均值漂移贡献,逐个自相关都不大。对拟合后的残差跑本检验,是 Box-Jenkins 建模的收尾步骤。
注意事项:本页 df 直接取 K(未对已拟合的 ARMA 参数扣减自由度,用于原始序列或已扣减场景);K 过大时 χ² 近似变差,经验上 K 不超过 n/5;对强趋势序列应先差分再检验;检验显著只说明「有自相关」,具体阶数需结合 ACF/PACF 判断。
