原理:Mood 中位数检验把所有组的数据合并求出共同中位数,再统计每组里「高于中位数」与「低于中位数」的个数,构成 2×k 列联表,用卡方独立性检验判断各组是否围绕同一中心分布。它只利用与中位数的相对位置,几乎不受极端值影响,是位置差异检验中稳健性最高的一档。
步骤:① 按组输入数据,组间用分号分隔;② 点击计算;③ 读出合并中位数、2×k 表计数与 p 值,p 小于显著性水平时认为各组中心位置不全相同。
示例:两组 (1, 2, 3, 8, 9) 与 (4, 5, 6, 7, 10) 合并中位数为 5.5,高于/低于计数为 (2, 3) 与 (3, 2),χ² = 0.4、p = 0.527089256866;三组 (1, 2, 3)、(4, 5, 6)、(7, 8, 9) 时 χ² = 6、p = 0.049787068368。
注意事项:恰好等于合并中位数的观测被剔除(不计入列联表),剔除后若某组剩余不足 2 个或整表过稀,结果不可靠;它检验的是「各组是否以同一中位数为中心」,对分布形状差异不敏感;功效低于 Mann-Whitney U,通常在重尾、离群值明显或只需要中位数结论时选用;三组以上显著时同样需要事后两两比较。
