原理:偏自相关 φ(k) 在控制中间滞后 k−1, …, 1 影响后度量 xₜ 与 xₜ₋ₖ 的净相关,用 Durbin-Levinson 递推从 ACF 逐阶算出:φ₁₁ = r(1),φₖₖ = (r(k) − Σφᵣrₖ₋ᵣ)/(1 − Σφᵣrᵣ)。PACF 的截尾/拖尾形态与 ACF 联合使用即可识别 ARMA 阶数。
步骤:① 输入序列;② 设定最大滞后 K;③ 点击计算;④ φ(k) 在某阶后落入 ±1.96/√n 置信带内即为截尾,截尾阶数提示 AR 阶数 p。
示例:x = (12, 14, 13, 17, 19, 18, 21, 24, 22, 26) 时 φ(1) = 0.59500998004、φ(2) = 0.138515798238;φ(2) 远小于 φ(1) 且未超出置信带,形态接近一阶截尾,提示 AR(1) 结构(叠加趋势)。
注意事项:Durbin-Levinson 递推要求 ACF 序列正定,有偏估计(分母 n)保证了这一点;趋势或季节性会污染 PACF 形态,先差分或去季节再读阶数;置信带为逐点近似;样本量小(n 小于 30)时高阶 φ 估计方差很大,谨慎解读。
