原理:游程检验(Wald-Wolfowitz 检验)把二值序列中连续相同的段记为一个游程。在「顺序随机」的原假设下,给定符号 1 与 0 的个数 n₁、n₂,游程数 R 的期望为 2n₁n₂/N + 1。游程太少说明数据成块聚集(有趋势),游程太多说明符号交替过密(有周期性),两者都破坏随机性。
步骤:① 按时间顺序输入 0/1 序列;② 点击计算;③ 读出游程数与双侧 p 值,p 小于显著性水平时拒绝随机性假设。
示例:序列 (1, 0, 1, 0, 1, 0, 1, 0) 游程数 R = 8、期望 μ = 5、z = 2.291287847478、p = 0.021946710262,交替过密非随机;(1, 1, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1) 游程数 R = 3、p = 0.021467119345,成块聚集非随机。
注意事项:序列必须按产生顺序输入,打乱顺序会改变结论;两个符号的个数都不能为零,且正态近似在 n₁、n₂ 都大于 20 时最准,小样本应查精确游程分布表;用于连续数据时可先把数据换成「高于中位数记 1、低于记 0」再做检验;p 值小只说明「非随机」,需要结合游程数相对期望的方向判断是聚集还是周期。
