原理:符号检验只数配对差值的正负号:在「两方案无差异」的原假设下,每个非零差值取正号的概率是 0.5,正差个数服从二项分布 B(n, 0.5)。把观测中较少一方的个数代入二项分布算出双侧精确 p 值,不依赖任何分布假设,也不受极端值影响。
步骤:① 输入两列一一配对的数据;② 点击计算;③ 读出正负差计数与精确 p 值,p 小于显著性水平时认为两方案有方向性差异。
示例:x = (5, 3, 8, 6, 4)、y = (4, 2, 7, 6, 5) 时正差 b = 3、负差 c = 1、n = 4、p = 0.625;x = (1, 2, 3, 4)、y = (4, 3, 2, 1) 时 b = c = 2、p = 1,完全对称。
注意事项:零差对被剔除,样本量相应减少;精确 p 值基于二项分布,小样本也完全准确;由于丢弃了差值大小信息,功效低于 Wilcoxon 符号秩——只有当差值分布严重偏态或数据只有方向信息时才优先选它;单侧检验可用双侧 p 值除以 2(方向预先指定时)。
