原理:AR(1) 模型设 xₜ = c + φ·xₜ₋₁ + εₜ,用最小二乘对配对 (xₜ₋₁, xₜ) 回归估计 φ 与 c。|φ| 小于 1 时序列平稳并向均值 c/(1−φ) 回归;φ 接近 1 是单位根迹象,应差分。预测按 x̂ₜ₊₁ = c + φ·xₜ 一步外推。
步骤:① 输入按时间排序的序列;② 点击拟合;③ 检查 |φ| 是否小于 1 判断平稳性;④ 读出 R² 与下一期预测,φ 显著非零说明一阶自相关可利用。
示例:x = (10, 12, 11, 14, 15, 14, 17, 19, 18, 21) 时 φ = 0.899147727273、c = 2.678977272727、均值回归水平 = 26.56338028169、下一期预测 = 21.561079545455;φ 接近 1 提示强持续性,预测以延续近期水平为主。
注意事项:OLS 估计在误差正态下才最优,且要求 |φ| 小于 1;φ 接近 1 时参数估计有偏,建议先做单位根检验或差分;一步预测区间宽度随 φ 增大而扩大,多步预测收敛到均值水平;序列短(n 小于 15)时标准误偏大,预测仅作参考。
